We work with banks, investment fund managers, through the media, our websites and private shows in major cities. Our commission is paid by the vendor.

Property finders
We accept direct instructions from buyers to search for and assist in the purchase of suitable Chateaux, prestigious properties or exceptional Country Estates. We give a very personnal service and we only act and negotiate on behalf of the buyer. We identify and deliver advertised properties and those that are kept as private sales and not advertised. This service specifically includes top quality advice on legal matters, tax structures, mortgages and renovation. We save time and money. We charge an upfront fee to cover travelling and time. 

We act as advisors
We look after the purchase procedures with or on behalf of the purchaser and the best development of the estate's potential as well as the initial appointment of an architect or a decorator to undertake renovation. This service is especially useful for buyers who are very busy, not familiar with French law on real estate or the French language.
